Dusty, Katelyn, and Ricardo have excellent customer service. My previous visit to Audi Dallas, I did not want to come back because the associate they gave to help me was rude. I was very discouraged wh service. My previous visit to Audi Dallas, I did not want to come back because the associate they gave to help me was rude. I was very discouraged when I left and I thought about changing car brands. I did not want to come back, but then my tire busted. When I had to come back I was helped by Katelyn, Dusty, and Riccardo.
