Customer service My car has had 2 recalls very recently and both times I had issues with the new Uber service. You shouldn’t be using uber and def. need Don the driver My car has had 2 recalls very recently and both times I had issues with the new Uber service. You shouldn’t be using uber and def. need Don the driver back. My Uber didn’t show up the first time and the second ride the driver made a joke about just leaving the bar after 4 drinks and then her had a horrible smell of gas in the car. Some type of maintenance issue. Also my car was supposed to be fixed by noon and I never heard from Andrew all day. I finally called about 4:15 and couldn’t get a hold of anyone to help. When I finally got a hold of him after sitting waiting on my car the whole day I asked him why he didn’t ever call me and his response was well it wasn’t ready. I then said you told me it would be ready by noon. He has no response to that. ... I’m also sick of all the recalls on Audi but I guess that’s not something you can avoid. I once again had to wait for Uber and when it never came I called the dealership back and was told Andrew went home. The uber was sent finally and then I got a hold of Andrew . The service has gone way down hill from my first year owning this car More
