Awesome Service advisor! I'm going to be honest, I don't have great experience when it comes to servicing my Audi at Audi Dallas. This time it was a recall, Jordan Windham was I'm going to be honest, I don't have great experience when it comes to servicing my Audi at Audi Dallas. This time it was a recall, Jordan Windham was my service advisor and let me tell you, this guy is awesome! He was so knowledgeable and professional since the minute I arrived, when I arrived, he was there waiting for me and he answered all my questions and provided me with all the deatils. I have to say this time, my experience was super, my car is running and function totally smooth after the recall, they also did an overall vehicle inspection. I also want to thank the specialist who worked on my car, he did a marvelous job, not even a single scratch, thank you all for making this a memorable experience! More

Representative Adam was MIA I came in for a 69k and asked to have my inspection done also. I had an appointment and was assured it would take less than an hour and a half. When I I came in for a 69k and asked to have my inspection done also. I had an appointment and was assured it would take less than an hour and a half. When I returned two hours later Adam was nowhere to be found and my car wasn’t done. Long story short, I was there for over 3 hours and never got my inspection done. I was told I had to come back in two days because they’d already reset the computer? This is our second poor experience at this dealership. More

Service Visit Incomplete Took my S5 in for state inspection and service per Audi Care guidelines. Was told immediately I would need an ecm update. Instead of inspecting the ca Took my S5 in for state inspection and service per Audi Care guidelines. Was told immediately I would need an ecm update. Instead of inspecting the car first they flashed and reprogrammed the ecm and performed service per Audi Care. Was not communicated to me prior to picking up vehicle that state inspection was not completed. The service writer just looked at me and said we couldn’t do that because of the ecm reprogram. I asked why they didn’t inspect the vehicle first instead of performing the other items first since the main reason for taking it in was for the inspection, I was given a very poor answer as to why it was sequenced that way and subsequently told, in a matter of fact manner, I could just run down the street anywhere to get a state inspection after the ecm had a chance to reset. Bottom line, very poor communication and sequencing of tasks on the service departments part. Very disappointed with my experience with this dealership. Also- horrible swirl marks on the car as returned to me post maintenance wash. More
