Jordan has been my service advisor for over 2 years and I have had an awesome experience. With all my previous cars at other dealerships I never really trusted the service that was recommended, however, Jor have had an awesome experience. He tells me what is in my best interest to do for my car. He isn't pushy and he is extremely friendly and nice. His customer service is AWESOME, he has stayed late so that I could pick my car up after work, he calls me to update me on the progress of my car. I can't say enough positive things about Jordan and the crew at Audi Dallas. I would recommend Jordan to anyone I knew who needed service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

During tax season and being a CPA I discovered a low tire . Jordan had me bring it in immediately without amy advance notice and had me taken to my office while he handled the whole problem.
