The second salesperson, Dane, just wasn't a good fit with our personalities. We liked Gina. We were disappointed with the way the sales process was handled. The car came with summer tires and we asked for them to be swapped out with all-season tires. When the transaction was completed, the tires weren't in fact swapped out, but we were instead expected to buy the all season tires in addition to the summer tires. More

Engine issues We had our 2013 Q7 serviced and there was a major engine issue. Fixed it for over $1400. The next day the check oil went off. About 10 days later the check engine light is now on again. This place can’t even top your oil off when you’re spending $1400? I think we’ll be purchasing and servicing at the other Audi dealership from now on. More

Emergency visit for tire I came into the dealership unscheduled due to a tire blow out. They were wonderful! Took me right away and gave me a loaner. Staff was friendly, helpful, provided updates while I waited in the lounge (which is really great, stocked with coffee, water, juice, even donuts on this Saturday morning.) Felt very comfortable. For me, the best part is they wash the car but even took out and washed my dirty all weather floor mats. That little bit of extra effort is a delighter and I will be certain to be back for all of my maintenance needs. More
