Great experience from start to finish! I enjoyed working with Jeff Haddad form the initial trip to Audi Devon to driving away with my new car. The dealership always had plenty of parking, I enjoyed working with Jeff Haddad form the initial trip to Audi Devon to driving away with my new car. The dealership always had plenty of parking, offers clients beverages, is clean and nicely laid out. Jeff was very knowledgeable and when he didn't know something right away (I was buying an updated model in its first year out) he found out and got me the answer. Jeff was also prompt, courteous, and provided great advice and customer service. If I am in need of another Audi, I would go through Jeff again. Additionally, the purchase process was handled very well by Nathan - there's always too many pieces of paper but that's the state of PA - but the process was done efficiently and Nathan was very pleasant to work with.
