Dead battery. Battery died after over 4 years in use. Was able to drive it to the dealer where it was replaced and the necessary tech work was completed. All completed in a timely manner and was returned after it had been washed. As usual, the service was excellent. More

Great service as always! The service department is always a great experience. Bill is always extremely knowledgeable, explains what needs to be completed and what can wait. If anything else is required the cost and work is explained before it done. Vehicle loaners are always available and ready. Total time in the service center is always under 30 minutes total time. My last visit the vehicles was completed on time and immaculately cleaned! Thank you. More

I worked with a new sales manger for my new lease at Audi and I was contacted by Jeff Haddad to explain a wonderful deal they had going on at the time I worked with a new sales manger for my new lease at Audi and I was contacted by Jeff Haddad to explain a wonderful deal they had going on at the time. I have never been so impressed by someone's customer service skills as I was with Jeff's. He was extremely professional, kind, took the time to answer every question I had and made my overall experience both a comfortable and happy one. When I came in to sign paperwork and pick up my new car, Jeff was prepared and made everything go in seamless fashion. Jeff even took the time to sit with me and teach me some of the new features in my car that he felt I would need to know right off the bat and plans for me to come back in a week for round 2 of teaching. He made this experience even more enjoyable and fun than I have ever had with getting a new car. Before I left that evening, Jeff said that he planned to stay in touch with me and makes it a personal goal to stay in touch with each customer he helps throughout their lease...a pretty awesome goal. Wish I had bought from Jeff I was shopping for new Q7 and I met Jeff Haddad at Audi Devon. He was great and i sincerely believed him when he told me he would provide extraordinar I was shopping for new Q7 and I met Jeff Haddad at Audi Devon. He was great and i sincerely believed him when he told me he would provide extraordinary service, but his management wouldn't discount the car. (until I had committed to buy the car from another dealer - a large chain). I couldn't reneg on the deal so I went forward and bought with the other dealer. Needless to say he was right and my experience wasn't great. In fact, they forced me to return twice to have the technology activated. The person failed to activate it properly. I called Jeff and asked if he could help even though he didnt sell me the car. True to his word he said absolutely! I went in, he set me up in minutes and continued to be a joy to deal with. I plan to service my vehicle with them solely based on my experience with Jeff. More
