In both instances, I was treated with the same professional care, attention, and respect with which they would an original owner or existing customer. During my most recent appointment, the service team replaced a long-missing MMI button at no charge. Not a major issue, perhaps, but a good example of going beyond what was explicitly necessary. Both appointments went smoothly, and my car and I were out the door quickly. The customer lounge is extremely comfortable and impeccably maintained.
