Joe, the lead service tech, also went out of his way to give me a call back (multiple calls back, as we ended up playing phone tag) to discuss my options. I've had pretty awful Audi dealership experiences before, but was just absolutely blown away by the team at Audi of Devon. 45K maintenance service, viper blades changed I had the tire replaced recently and asked Audi Devon to put all the things properly back in the trunk, which was not done. First Audi check up! Entire experience was very pleasant. The receptionist was so helpful and since I had not been there before for a check up/oil change, he steered me i Entire experience was very pleasant. The receptionist was so helpful and since I had not been there before for a check up/oil change, he steered me in the right direction. The service rep was most helpful and offered a loaner which I did not need. The wait was great, drank tea, did some work and the car was ready very quickly. I explained to him that I still had the rubber mats in that were there when I purchased the car and would like to change to the carpeted ones. He made sure that was done. Before I left I again spoke to the receptionist and explained my frustration with the navigation/phone details. He immediately called Gary Smith who took a lot of time explaining and helping me to set and understand the system ----What a relief that was and gave me a sense of security while driving. The bonus was having the car washed!! More
