Terrible Experience I literally just bought a new Audi from this dealership 2 weeks prior, and I live 45min away from the dealer. I was schedule for service that Saturday I literally just bought a new Audi from this dealership 2 weeks prior, and I live 45min away from the dealer. I was schedule for service that Saturday for an optional part I wanted to put on my Audi. They had days...days to notify me that the part required to perform my service had not arrived. I get to the dealership and they inform me that the part isn't there. They wasted my time and the miles it took to drive to the dealership. Then, when I asked for the situation to be resolved, they came back to me with a higher quote to perform the service, saying they misquoted me. Are you kidding me?! So in short, they have terrible communication and then try to charge you more for their mistake....this must be their new customer policy. What a joke. More

In both instances, I was treated with the same professional care, attention, and respect with which they would an original owner or existing customer. During my most recent appointment, the service team replaced a long-missing MMI button at no charge. Not a major issue, perhaps, but a good example of going beyond what was explicitly necessary. Both appointments went smoothly, and my car and I were out the door quickly. The customer lounge is extremely comfortable and impeccably maintained. I would have no hesitation in recommending this dealer for service. More
