The trade in offer for the 2015 Malibu ZTS (52K miles) was fair at 11K but the sales manager, Diaz, on this evening negotiated to reduce the online listed cost of the used 2018 Audi by $169.00. I was very disappointed at the sales managers tactics. He literally stated to me,” Don’t focus on the sales price.” He showed us a print up where the 2018 Audi was actually worth $29,100.00 and discounted to $25,892.00. My wife became concerned when she saw a $500 dollar upcharge for tint which gave a customer no opportunity to decide to apply tint. The sales manager advised he would,”Eat the cost of the tint.” Diaz said all vehicles on the lot get tinted to protect the interior. During my visit, I observed new and used cars on the lot with no tint applied. Having purchased a dozen new and used vehicles in my lifetime, I was a bit taken back at how quickly Team Leader Diaz arrived to take over our discussions from Isaiah who was doing a good job with us. I informed Isaiah we only looked at Dominion Audi lot focusing on the two used 2018 Q3’s. We had no intent to go anywhere else due to a referral from a friend. I arrived yesterday with RBFCU financing in place, trade title in hand, and a check to cover TTL. I can honestly say your sales manager, Diaz, and his shuffle of paper offer tactics ruined my first experience with your dealership. With all this said, the offer of $25,732.76 was not acceptable to my wife so we departed the store. I just wanted to provided you with the events of last evening. Feel free to pass them along to your managers. (Update to above) The afternoon this review posted, Audi Manager Robert Barnes contacted me to acquire additional details of my families experience. He was very receptive and understanding of the events resulting in our departure without a purchase from the dealership on 10/6/20. Mr. Barnes requested the opportunity to make things right if we chose to return in the future. I appreciate his extent of gratitude for our visit and his ability to own the team decisions made resulting in our discontent. Thank you so much Mr. Barnes for reaching out. In sum my first experience what not what I hoped but I can see they have the right facilities and people in place to make good to a great many customers. (Update to above) Sold our trade in for 2,700 more than what we were offered. Found a better used Audi Q3 Prestige Quattro elsewhere at a better price. Be sure you shop around, and do your homework before you commit to Dominion. More

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST!!!. I put a deposit down on a car and when it arrived they try to bait and switch and mark up the car that I placed months ahead. Bunch of crooks at this dealership! Emergency repair...broken tail light Once again, Mojda made a visit to the Audi service department an easy and pleasant experience. And thanks to Heidie in loaner vehicles and the fab service department, I picked up a loaner at 2:30pm yesterday and I was texted two hours later by Mojda that my car was ready! And they even washed it in that short a time span....amazing! (Note: the repair was for a broken tail light as a “hit and run” driver had damaged the rear light of my car in a parking lot.) Although my car is now off warranty, I will be checking with Mojda in October to get a quote for my annual service for my Audi. And the reason? MOJDA!!!! fPS And another plus...they have someone checking temperatures before walking into dealership! More
