Worst customer service I have been doing Business With Cavender Audi for 4 Yars now! The sales I had work no longer with company. Before that sales person The company he introduced me to David De La Cruz. When I met David De La Cruz last year he was new to sales and to Cavender Audi… He was amazing and went above and beyond! The last two interactions I had with David.were absolutely horrifying. The last time I met with David he he treated me with no respect what so ever.I drove Over a hour away just to meet with and he pass me to another sales person. I waited about 15 to 20 minutes in the show room for him to come down from upstairs then to be passed off to someone I didn’t even know… He was not busy and didn’t have another appointment he told me this other person would help me. He then walked off and started laughing with a group of salesman they were in training not even paying any attention to me.
