Especially to note is Vicentiu’s extensive knowledge of the Audi SUV line. His overview was perfect- showing all available functionality, suggesting settings and ensuring we had a good understanding of the car. We highly recommend Vincentiu for anyone’s Audi needs. More

Zero stars. I had a confirmed test drive setup for Saturday at 9AM, received an email the night before (not from Sowles apparently he couldn’t be bothered) sayi I had a confirmed test drive setup for Saturday at 9AM, received an email the night before (not from Sowles apparently he couldn’t be bothered) saying that the sales manger (Sowles) approved the vehicle to be sent to the body shop for work but that I could still come in to look but not test drive. Perhaps that was the right move for the dealership to sell the vehicle faster just don’t be fooled it’s not about the individual customer it’s about the dealership - the customer is just part of the algorithm like any other dealership. Complete amateur hour, would never do business with this group. More
