Max was terrific, setting us up for the test drives, getting different cars ready and helping us understand the features and differences between the vehicles. His detailed knowledge of even small aspects of the cars was helpful and made us feel more comfortable as we drove around town. In the end we bought a vehicle from Boulder Audi because Max and the team were willing to work with us on price, and answered every question happily and completely. Even after the sale, Max continued to answer questions and dropped off a missing tire cap cover at our house. Excellent customer service. The dealership's location is awkward; they are moving to a new location by Flatirons Mall in 2016 - that should be a huge improvement. Looking forward to that. More

Above and Beyond Service I ordered a customized S6 which took approximately 3 months to build from scratch in Germany, transatlantic transport, and receive in Boulder. During I ordered a customized S6 which took approximately 3 months to build from scratch in Germany, transatlantic transport, and receive in Boulder. During this process, Jim made himself available to any and all questions/concerns. Upon receipt, Jim was willing to provide ample time to walk thru all the technologic nuances of the machine (not being a previous Audi owner this was extremely helpful). After having received the car in Winter, Jim personally introduced me to the service manager, helped recommend snow tires, and ensured a smooth transition in getting a loaner vehicle from Audi while tires were installed. Jim really made me feel less like a customer and more like a friend. For that, I feel his service was above and beyond any level of expectation I had anticipated. More
