"Needed a new car quickly"

Katie O’Neill at Flatirons Audi made my experience of buying my first Audi and suv an easy one. First, just having a woman who knows so much about cars helped, but she was easy to communicate with. I really couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. I also just felt comfortable buying a car by myself at Flatirons because everyone was super helpful and friendly.

"Outstanding Experience "

The best dealership experience I've had in years. From the internet chat, to the dealership visit, to the test drive, through the deal, to taking the car home. No nonsense approach from beginning to end. No pressure and completely transparent... clearly a 5-star organization. My Sales Manager, Rebekah W. was top-notch, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to deal with... simply awesome! Usually hate dealing on vehicles, but this dealership treated me well. It was easy, quick, and painless... top-shelf!!!

"Exceptional sales/service experience, so we bought the Q3!"

Based on our exceptional first time experience with Audi Flatirons, and the dedicated time, research, and followup done by Spence Steele our Audi Sales Representative, we made the decision to buy a new Q3. We had driven a similar Q3 model as a courtesy vehicle when our former Audi was in for an oil change at this dealership. Rob Ellison who leads the Service Department recommended we try Audi Flatirons for this service and we're definately happy we did! The service was flawless. This opened the door for further conversation about trading in our A4 and before we knew it, Spence and this elite team of professionals went to work and created a sales opportunity we couldn't walk away from. The final sales process went very well. We were done within 2 hours and it was thorough, quick and actually enjoyable for the first time in our car buying history. We are now loyal Audi Flatirons fans and clients for life (thank you Spence)!

"Best Service Ever, Bar None....."

I recently purchased a used Lexus at this dealership after many months of looking. Living in Kansas City, and purchasing a car, sight unseen, can be a risky endeavor. Jim, however, made the transaction very transparent, and bent over backwards to make the purchase very comfortable. He took extra pictures of the car with his cell phone before I committed to the purchase, and followed up with several phone calls to make sure all of my questions were addressed, and the paperwork was in order. Jim even called on Sunday....he is very thorough and honest. I flew in and Jim picked me up from the airport himself. The staff at the dealership were very courteous, and before I began my journey home, found out the service department had put new tires on the car....what a pleasant surprise. Jim went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly, even calling me to make sure I made it back to KC safely. I would have no problem recommending the dealership, and Jim specifically, for a great car buying experience.

"Terrible service during factory repair"

Ridiculous service during an airbag replacement. They gave me a loaner due to the service schedule. I drove it home, and in the morning went out to find a crack in the windshield. I was charged $529 for the windshield. HOWEVER, they didn’t reset the alert for my airbag service, they charged my card without my permission, and notified me VIA TEXT. They missed the blown bushings on both control arms too. Ken and Rob were rude and have refused to budge on this. Watch out if you take a loaner!!!
