The car was in amazing condition and the price was very reasonable. I also learned that all of the used cars they sell come with a 2 year, 100,000 mile power train warranty for NO COST! Excellent Service Dept. I brought in a 2014 Audi I had recently purchased at another dealer for what I thought was a bad tail light assembly. They ordered and installed a new I brought in a 2014 Audi I had recently purchased at another dealer for what I thought was a bad tail light assembly. They ordered and installed a new assembly which also failed. They ultimately traced the problem to an aftermarket suspension lowering module that had been installed by the previous owner and incorrectly wired, thus causing the light failure. They removed the module and rewired the light and it works properly. After ordering the new light assembly, providing me with a loaner car, and accumulating several hours of shop time ...... they did not charge me one red cent! I was more than prepared to pay for something that clearly wasn't Audi's fault, and that would not be covered under warranty, but they took care of it. Again, I didn't even purchase the car from them. The service writer, Martin, was courteous and kept me informed throughout the process. The loaner car was a very nice A6, and even the coffee and munchies in the lounge were good. All in all an excellent experience. More
