Not only was my driving experience awesome, but when I returned the Audi, my car was all detailed and washed up and ready to go. The guys in the service department were super nice and Jaymie personally thanked me for giving Audi a whirl. Typical dealer run-around I contacted Greg the day before about a car and submitted a credit app. I asked him if we could discuss the transaction since I was driving 50 minute I contacted Greg the day before about a car and submitted a credit app. I asked him if we could discuss the transaction since I was driving 50 minutes each way out of my way to by the car and I wanted to discuss the particulars. He agreed but on the day of the transaction dodged my call all morning and when I arrived for our 3PM appointment he told me he had just sold the car. When I told him what I thought of him wasting my entire day and not telling me they were selling the car, he hung up on me. Worst experience I've had with a dealer. More
