I walked into the dealership feeling out of place but was quickly reassured after speaking with Jim that this dealership is different from the rest. Jim was very helpful and not overbearing. He was very knowledgeable and even proceeded to climb under the vehicle, in a suit, to verify if the vehicle had the tow package. In the end the sale was made and I’m a very happy customer.
