I can honestly say that the purchase that I made recently with Audi Boulder was one of the easiest, most seamless transactions I've ever had. From the beginning, I received great communication with all the information I requested. Following which, I scheduled an appointment to drive the vehicle I was interested in. Living 200 miles from the dealership, I wanted to make sure we didn't waste time negotiating price. I worked with Ryan to make sure he knew what I was willing to pay, then knew that I could get "out the door" for what I wanted to spend. After all was said and done, I was in and out in less than an hour. Vehicle was exactly as described and I was back on the road in no time in my new vehicle. On my way home, I had an unfortunate blow out and was forced to buy new tires for the vehicle. I called Ryan to explain the issue and remarkably, this dealership paid for the new tires.
