Best dealship experience in years. I had been looking at a variety of SUV's and finally narrowed the choices to a Volvo XC60 and the Audi Q5 Prestige. Flatirons were very responsive to my needs and offered several options. I ended up purchasing a 2018 loaner at a nice discount. Alex was the salesperson who took good care of me and went the extra mile to make a deal work. Dealerships sometimes get a deservedly bad rep for a variety of reasons. In my case, the buying experience was excellent and efficient. Time will tell if the service is as efficient and attentive as the sale. I will update the review. I highly recommend including Flatirons Audi in your search. Hopefully, your experience will be as good as mine. More

I explained what I wanted for maintenance and extras, and he understood my position. We completed the sale without any animosity towards each other.
