I had a couple of friends visiting in town and we were set to go to Keystone this weekend for some New Years skiing. On the Wednesday night before the weekend excursion, my driver side door sensor would not read the the car door was shut. The car could no longer be locked by remote or manually. I took it in Thursday morning to see if Audi Boulder could do anything to help me and still make our vacation on time. They took the car in and gave me a nice 2017 Q5 to use in its absence. They assured me I could take it on vacation if my car wasn't done in time. I received a message later that day that my car would be ready tomorrow afternoon. I called explaining that I was trying to leave early in the morning could they have the car ready any sooner. I did not hear back again until Friday morning at 9 that my car was ready. I was amazed! I also had a service planned already for next week and they completed that as well! Originally they told me the car was going to be covered under CPO with an $85 deductible. However later found out, that this was for the previous owner and did not transfer to me. The cost of the repair was $600 with out the CPO coverage. Eli Buchanan waived the whole cost when I returned to pick up my car, so now I didn't even have to pay the $85 deductible. Truly amazing service and an amazing experience! I would recommend service with Eli Buchanan at Audi Boulder to anyone! More

When it turned out that the A3 was affected by the VW/Audi emissions problem, we opted to have Audi buy back the A3 (for a price that was more than fair, we thought!). We had such a positive experience with how Audi has handled this unfortunate circumstance that, even though we looked at other cars, we came back to Audi and bought the Q3. The whole process has been handled seamlessly, and we are thrilled with the new car. Ryan Bonino has been particularly terrific helping us navigate this months-long process. We are loyal Audi fans!
