Used Car Purchase, New Car Experience I called Audi Boulder initially, and spoke with Katie O'Neill. She was so kind and answered all of my preliminary questions. When I said i was interested in coming in for a test drive, she so kindly sent me a form to aid in applying for a loan. By the time I came in to test drive two days later, my application was being processed which made the financing portion totally painless! When I came in for the actual test drive, Katie was already working with another couple. I was helped by Michael Argenzio - and utterly bombarded him with questions. He answered them ALL and made sure to check on things he maybe wasn't 100% sure on as well. He made me feel totally comfortable making this decision on my own, and NEVER pressured me into anything. I can honestly say that, while I bought a totally AMAZING car, I'm sure it was not the most expensive car they sold that day. But they washed and detailed the car to perfection, and took the time to present it to me like I was their #1 customer! Michael spent an additional 30 minutes of his time giving me a run down of all the functionality of the car after all was said and done. He made this experience a totally amazing one. Over all, this was the best car buying experience I've ever had! I can say with honestly, that I will definitely be back for all my cars in the future. They've got a life time customer out of me - thanks for such a great experience, y'all! More

Outstanding Experience Jim definitely earned our business. When the model S5 we wanted was not found to be in stock anywhere local, he did a nationwide search and found one Jim definitely earned our business. When the model S5 we wanted was not found to be in stock anywhere local, he did a nationwide search and found one in CA. But then we decided to look at a TT-S. Jim quickly arranged for a test drive, and even managed to squeeze into the back seat so my wife and I could drive it together. He tirelessly tracked a yellow one that was arriving on a truck and made sure to tell us right when it arrived so no one bought it out from under us. He even took the time to send pictures to tempt us into wanting the car, as if we needed any more temptation. When it came time to close the deal, he stayed well after closing so we could take it home that night, and then arranged another time to go over the car with us to show us how all the tech stuff worked. We will definitely do business with Jim and Audi Boulder again. Very classy and enjoyable experience. More

The dealers service is a one stop shop to buy a car as they have all the experience and tools to help you buy a car and make a reasonable profit doing it. I would consider another car purchase at Audi Boulder...as with any car deal it must be negotiated, or even they will take more of your money than necessary even if it's a dollar more in your payment; after all, they are in the business to make money, it's what any dealer does best. But this dealer provides a very good service helping you buy a car! Bottom line .....GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE at Audi Boulder! More

He was VERY knowledgeable about the vehicle and Audi and ensured that all we asked was taken care of. The car was meticulously detailed before we drove it off the lot. The finance side of the house was pretty much down to business - really not very friendly but did get through all the paperwork. One thing that took us aback was the price offered for extending the warranty (and some other programs) on the vehicle. More
