I had requested a tire rotatio I appreciate the text updates while my car is being serviced, and that I’m not billed for services that aren’t needed. I had requested a tire rotation, but the technician determined that the rotation was unnecessary because there is no measurable wear on the tread of the tires. Chelsey sent me a video assessment of my car so that I could see clearly that the tires were in great shape. I also appreciated having access to a loaner car so that I could run errands while my car was being serviced. More
