13-1/2 month after purchasing my car at Audi Pembroke Pines and their service department not getting the wireless connectivity and apple car play fixed and a few service appointments at Audi Fort Lauderd Pines and their service department not getting the wireless connectivity and apple car play fixed and a few service appointments at Audi Fort Lauderdale, the issue was identified and remediated. Glad to have the car now and all features functioning as I was hoping they would on day one of my purchase. The Audi Fort Lauderdale team stepped up to the task and resolved the issue after a few attempts and reaching out to Audi technical support. Jean Carlo and Samantha were super professional, kept me up to date and informed me along the way of the service(s). More
