This was the best service experience ever. Eric Palmer was able to get everything taken care off and then some and all in a timely manner. Kept updating us as to the status of the car. Althoug Eric Palmer was able to get everything taken care off and then some and all in a timely manner. Kept updating us as to the status of the car. Although we live only 10 minutes from another Audi dealer, and 40 minutes from Audi Fort Lauderdale, I will continue going to Fort Lauderdale for all my Audi needs. I would highly recommend this dealership and Eric Palmer in particular. More

Incredibly professional, helpful, informative and patient. Just a pleasure to work with. My car problems were diagnosed and resolved promptly. The tech that worked on my car even got on the phone with me and explained what he found and what needed to be done to repair. And patiently answered all my questions. Audi FTLD even worked with Audi USA to help mitigate the cost of my repairs as a Good Will gesture for my many years as a loyal Audi customer. Audi FTLD will now be my GoTo dealership for all service and new Audi vehicle purchases going forward. More
