The wait was extremely long but coffee station and wait area was comfortable so I was OK waiting. My window unexpectedly broke late Thursday afternoon. I brought the car in first thing Monday morning. My service agent Jerrick was wonderful but unfortunately could not provide me with a loaner. I don’t like coming in for service at this dealership. I have never been greeted by anyone when I pull in. I am only looked at and I have to ask if I left my car in a good place. Once again, no one says hello or gives any kind of acknowledgment. A young woman started my information and told me to wait in a certain place. She was very nice and helpful but didn’t give me her name. I still didn’t know who my service person was. I eventually was helped by Jerrick when he had finished up with his client. He was very efficient and got the problem taken care of. I don’t like the fact that this dealership doesn’t have a service person assigned. I have always had a service person assigned at Lexus, Infiniti and even Nissan. More
