I am NOT one of those people. From beginning to end Bob was attentive and patient. He made the process comforting and not overwhelming. I felt as though I was dealing with family or a friend, and not a car salesman. The Dealership itself is well maintained (unlike others), which is also reflected in the quality of their cars. I purchased a certified used car and it was as though it were brand new. Some dealerships have you test drive cars that are still dirty inside, which is a BIG turnoff. I thought my car was already detailed and during the paperwork process they sent it to actually be detailed, which put the cherry on top. I drove away happy and confident with my purchase, which Bob and the team had a big influence on. My next Audi will be from Audi Ft. Lauderdale. More

Tan my credit then sold the car from under me All of these one stars I stand by you. Holy crap my husband and I have never dealt with as bad customer service as this dealership. Be careful because All of these one stars I stand by you. Holy crap my husband and I have never dealt with as bad customer service as this dealership. Be careful because when they run your credit and drop it a few points after they told you they’d hold the car for you, they will sell it from underneath you. We found a car we wanted and contacted this dealership talked to a salesman by the name of Seth. Wetold him our situation. I live 5 hours from the dealership and he knew that. So I had to get an Uber to go to the rental car place grab a car then drive to him 5 hours away. By the time I got that done the deal shop closed Bc it closes early on sundays. Seth said just run the two credit applications (mine and my father in laws.) he said I see all the hoops you’re jumping through to get this car so I’ll hold it for you until Tuesday just make sure you fill out those applications. My father and law and I filled out the credit applications that night and waited Seth response on Monday. He messaged me Monday said everything came through and he ran mine and my father in laws credit through 5 different banks. Then he said he would over night my father in laws paper work and I would pick it up on Tuesday and fill out my paper work and they would release the car. My father in law has A rated credit (from Seth’s mouth.) and the interest rate is 11% and 3,000 down. When Seth told me it was 1,500-2,000 and a 4-5 interest rate. Come to find out they now have a cash offer of the car. So I spoke with the manager Brenden Smith who told me the deal is off and I should have just bought a car on my side of the state. After the ran mine and my father in laws credit which lowered our credit scores and made me go through all these hoops, request days off work, and lose out on another care I was looking at on my side of the state. Brenden was very rude, never apologized, tried to hang up on me and I was very respectful to him but direct and he didn’t like it. More
