Audi Ft. Lauderdale-GREAT! I first went to another Audi dealership in N. Miami, FL...was NOT welcoming and I never saw the sales manager during my interaction with the salesman. I first went to another Audi dealership in N. Miami, FL...was NOT welcoming and I never saw the sales manager during my interaction with the salesman...made me feel my money wasn't good enough and they didn't even budge $0.00 on their price~~but then I drove back to Audi Ft. Lauderdale---the exact opposite! They were welcoming at the door, salesman was quick to ask what I was looking for-and soon, was test driving a Q5. Please- Please,, if you're looking for a GREAT dealership, service, and friendly people-who know the product and willing to deal---GO to Audi of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. AVOID, You can't even trust their carfax reports!!! Sold me a 2013 Audi A6, showed me a clean carfax, and it was CPO. Sure they did...of course now I have a care worth $2-$4,000 less that what i Paid since it already has paintwork, and they want to paint more??? Refused to consider any other solution. They are liars at the very least, and probably criminals in my opinion. I sat in the dealership for 7 hours to get the paperwork done. They showed me the car dirty so I didn't see the flaws, and took so long to get it out of detailing that the dealership was closed and I was sitting on the pavement in the parking lot waiting for it to come out. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! More

The staff was friendly, willing to listen, and negotiate. It was the most responsive and accomodating of the several dealerships I contacted. I appreciated the straightforward and no nonsense attitude of the personnel. Very rarely would a person hear that buying a car is an enjoyable experience. In this case it was an enjoyable experience.
