I felt like I could make up my mind on my own. Jon followed up with me day after day to make sure I was getting taken care of and that I loved the car. Sam the general manager wasn't just sitting behind a desk but he was mingling with all his customers and staff and was extremely friendly and very helpful. I also came back to get something added to my car and George took care of me and his customer service was a 20/10. He was one of the best Sales guys I have worked with in a long time.I overall had such a great experience with my first time at Audi and I would recommend anyone and everyone to the Audi in Ft Lauderdale. The employees are all very friendly and treat their customers with the utmost quality and respect that one would expect of a high end auto dealership. Excellent First Impression I brought in my 2015 Audi S3 in for its first service. The dealership itself was very nice and I was immediately greeted with a smile by Luis Pagani. As I was waiting I was approached by Steve Kincaid who introduced himself as the sales manager. He told me he had a car just like mine. So we began to talk and I ended up with a tour of the entire facility including inventory, car wash, service bay and delivery showroom all of which was five days old. I was very impressed with the attention I received while I was there. Speaking with Luis I quickly realized he was a car guy like myself and I immediately felt the same level of attention would be paid to my car as I had received. My car came back to me serviced, washed, and the interior cleaner than I left it. Thank You Audi Ft Lauderdale for making an excellent first impression. More
