Thank you for the answer. No call is needed and I am understand that some factors may be not controlled but as a user, this is the deficiencies found. I hope next time will be better or normal as you say. I am not considering change the location but I hope you can take action for the customers or next time. At the moment I am an unhappy customer hoping not having more issues in a brand new electric world but plenty of issues.
