Dishonest sales department. They did not mention lojack until I was signing final documents, then proceeded to explain that I "had" to pay $1K for lojack because it was already They did not mention lojack until I was signing final documents, then proceeded to explain that I "had" to pay $1K for lojack because it was already installed. I confirmed multiple times and got this answer. Turns out, LoJack was not already installed, and they even forgot to install it prior to delivering my vehicle! Horrible experience, it's a shame because it plays into the stigma and stereotype for car dealerships. You would think Audi would be above slipping one by customers for extra money. More
