My service advisor, Sal Schillaci, couldn’t have been more helpful in getting my Cabriolet checked out, tires rotated and he even helped the car carrier driver load my vehicle for the trip to my dealership - Audi Devon - outside of Philadelphia. This is my third year to do this north-south transfer between the two dealerships....makes it so much easier to have top service advisors in both places. Bravo, Sal! And, thanks. More

They are efficient and quick to get you checked in and discuss why you are having your car serviced. We had to have our thermostat replaced and two new tires. We were given a "loaner" car. During the process we had contact with Dan where he gave us an estimate of the cost to complete the job and was able to pick up our car the next afternoon. We have always been happy with the way in which we were treated and that our car is cleaned and ready to be picked up. More
