Taylor is the man!! Things started off a bit rough after I received what I thought was a very unfair appraisal for my trade in from the finance manager. To save yourself a bit of hassle and frustration I would recommend getting any trades appraised at Carmax prior to dealing with the management team at this location. After leaving frustrated and getting another opinion on my trade's value I sent Taylor a picture of what I was being offered elsewhere and he went to bat for me and got the management team to raise their price to my satisfaction. Josh also did a great job, he reviewed my pre-approval and realized that he could get me a better rate than my bank, so I went with Audi's lender. I will be recommending my friends and family to Taylor in the future, after I purchased my truck I told him that I've never met a car salesman that I liked, let alone could see myself being friends with.
