Sam was absolutely amazing and continued to provide the highest level of service even after I purchased the vehicle. Audi, however, apparently has a policy where they don’t pay you the remaining funds for highest level of service even after I purchased the vehicle. Audi, however, apparently has a policy where they don’t pay you the remaining funds for your vehicle until they receive title (even though they have already sold my trade-in to another dealership. I was told I’d have the check the following day by finance manager. It’s been 3 weeks and I still don’t have my $8,000. I understand this is their policy but it’s not a common policy for other dealerships as it puts the customer in a bad position. For a luxury dealership, this definitely shouldn’t be happening to a customer buying a very expensive vehicle. Other than that, they are pretty great overall. More
