They Made sure all of my concerns were answered and I was completely comfortable because it was all done efficiently and with my interests first. Amazing Dealer, they go above and beyond I first saw a 2017 Audi S3 listed on the dealer website earlier this year. After much deliberation I decided to reach out and see if there was any inf I first saw a 2017 Audi S3 listed on the dealer website earlier this year. After much deliberation I decided to reach out and see if there was any information on the car. Adam reached out with complete transparency and let me know that the car cannot be sold due to a safety recall. After expressing my interest in the car and that I was willing to wait for the vehicle to be ready they agreed reserve the car for me and notify me once the car was available. Sean LaBonte helped me finalize all the details with the pricing once ahead of time as I drove up from Moreno Valley to Fresno. Every week Adam provided me with updates on the status of the car and once it was finally ready he notified me. We handled all the financing ahead of time and Adam went above and beyond to help me finalize all the details along with secure a loan. I am 23 years old and this car was my first major purchase so as you can imagine finding a bank was not an easy task but Adam helped me out and helped me get a really good rate in my eyes! Upon arriving I met Sean and he was very enthusiastic of the vehicle. He connected me with Adam and he took me to see the car, we went for a drive and I fell in love. He introduced me as well to the In-House Photographer (Justin Keys). Many might not be aware but Justin takes all of the photos for every car that arrives. The attention to detail in the pictures was a main selling point for me. It is clear that he takes the time to really take the pictures that show the all the curves and features of the car. They also gave my family & I tacos for free (It was a special event that day). After the test drive all that was left to do was eat my tacos and sign some papers and I was good to go. My overall experience was nothing but truly wonderful. All of the employees aren't just salesman who want to get you in and out as soon as possible. They take the time to talk to you, listen to your questions and thoughts and point you into the right direction. They are also all enthusiasts who live and breathe the automotive culture. When I got back into Moreno Valley I told my fiancée that when we buy her RS3 or RS6 (she loves Audi just as much as I do) that we are going to get it from this dealer because it's clear that they truly care for all their clients. Smelled like new. There was a part that he said will be ordered for the car, and that was a handle for the seat extender on the driver’s side front seat.
