Audi Grapevine cheated me. I had bought a new car and got a nail in the car tire. I was told that the tire is not covered under any warranty and i need to pay $375+ for replaci I had bought a new car and got a nail in the car tire. I was told that the tire is not covered under any warranty and i need to pay $375+ for replacing the tire. I paid for replacing the tire and i got the receipt. While i was still in the service center, i saw a warning message for the tire problem which i reset it thinking that the service team had forgotten. I got the same message again the next day and i called the service center and service center rep said that the warning message is very common in Audi and not to worry about it. After a two weeks, i was worried and checked the tire again and saw the nail in it. Audi Grapevine had not fixed the problem, cheated me by charging me for the replacement service, and the service center guy gave me incorrect information after i called and texted him. More

Terrible experience! Misinformation about the price throughout the conversation. 2020 Mercedes E350 was offered for $36,000.00 on Cars.com by the Audi Dealer. Called aro Misinformation about the price throughout the conversation. 2020 Mercedes E350 was offered for $36,000.00 on Cars.com by the Audi Dealer. Called around 5.00 pm on 12.31.2022 to check on the availability of the car and they confirmed that it was available. Set an appointment to view the car for Monday at 11.30pm. Monday morning I called to confirm the address and at that time they informed me that the subject auto was sold that morning at 9.30am. Two days later they informed me that the same auto was still available and confirmed that it was the same price of $36000.00. I picked up my wife from her work and half way to the dealership received a text message that they have made a mistake and the price of the car was $39,000.00. We turned around and drove back home. Decided not to pursue with this dealer anymore. Just wondering how did they have managed to get a five star rating when our whole experience was so horrible and shameful. More
