Edit and update 10/30/2022: Well, right after I left my review, Biener Audi came through! They did everything RIGHT and were very sorry for the delay in servicing my Audi. I wish I didn't have to use this type of forum to get it done but at least the car was repaired quickly! ================================ Original review dated 10/23/2022: Do not take your car to Biener Audi for any type of repair. I made the mistake of taking my car to Biener Audi for emergency repair. It is still an ongoing nightmare-type experience and working with them still for more than 3 business days has still not resulted in getting my Audi TT-S (which is still under Audi’s warranty) repaired. On Tuesday 10/18/2022 afternoon I dropped my car off at their facility after getting repeated RED warnings telling me to immediately stop driving my car and to turn it off. I believe it may have something to do with low engine coolant levels, however, there was also an odd odor coming from the car, so the car needed to be looked at immediately. I obviously didn’t plan for this to happen to my car so I didn’t have an appointment, but I could not risk waiting for one either considering the circumstances. The car needed an emergency repair. Since I did not make an appointment, I was unable to get a loaner but was told it’ll only take a couple of days before the car will be looked at. It is now Sunday 10/23/2022 and I still do not have any update from the dealer. On Friday I reached out to my service advisor, Christina Hellemeyer and she had no problem to inform me that “hey didn’t have the chance to look at my car at all”. I am appalled at the lack of customer support. I have no car to drive in and was only given an alternative to rent a car in the area for $50 plus taxes and fees per rental day. Tomorrow morning, Monday 10/23/2022, I plan on reaching out to Audi corporate and filing an official complaint about Biener Audi and its management. This is not the type of customer experience I expect from a premium car brand, nor from a prominent Audi dealership called Biener Audi. At this point all I want and need is to get my car back from Biener Audi and have no plans on doing any future business with Biener Audi. Neither should you. They are just too much of a headache and are full of false promises. More
