Professional, courteous, amicable I purchased my 1st Audi recently, and I was fortunate to have Lauren Lewis-Simmons as my sales representative. This was not my 1st time buying a veh I purchased my 1st Audi recently, and I was fortunate to have Lauren Lewis-Simmons as my sales representative. This was not my 1st time buying a vehicle, I am an attorney for 30 years, consequently, I am extremely busy, and do not have time to waste. I have come across all kinds of car salespersons and she is certainly one of the best I have ever come across. I appreciate directness, courtesy, competence, alacrity, and professionalism. Lauren had all those in abundance and more. She went out of her way the find the best fit for me. She indicated, "What is it you are looking for and I will do my best to help you". After she helped me find the right car for my needs, she was extremely helpful in negotiating the best price for me. She did not waste my time. Even after the sale was over, anytime I had a question or concern about the vehicle, she got back to me in a timely manner. Her courtesy did not end with the sale. She is certainly a credit to Audi, and because of this positive experience, I unequivocally and strongly recommend this dealership. More

Great customer service I recently had my 30K service. I was late to the appointment but they were very courteous when I called and still honored my appointment. They gave me I recently had my 30K service. I was late to the appointment but they were very courteous when I called and still honored my appointment. They gave me a nice loaner car for the day (you have to reserve them in advance) and they called me halfway through the day to tell me I needed new back brakes. The rate they charged was very reasonable. They also asked if I wanted my tires rotated, which I did, and they gave me a car wash. It was a very pleasant and easy experience from start to finish.
