Great customer service I recently had my 30K service. I was late to the appointment but they were very courteous when I called and still honored my appointment. They gave me a nice loaner car for the day (you have to reserve them in advance) and they called me halfway through the day to tell me I needed new back brakes. The rate they charged was very reasonable. They also asked if I wanted my tires rotated, which I did, and they gave me a car wash. It was a very pleasant and easy experience from start to finish.
