Not Honest I bought my car at Beiner. Everything not covered under warranty is TWICE the price of a non-Audi mechanic. they tell you their mechanics are 'facto I bought my car at Beiner. Everything not covered under warranty is TWICE the price of a non-Audi mechanic. they tell you their mechanics are 'factory trained' whatever that means. Then why does it take them 3 hours to fix just front brake pads and my mechanic a little over ONE HOUR??? They quoted me over $800 (w no rotors) just front pads. The guy point blank said changing pads takes 3 hours @ $150 an hour -- like spending an extra $300 was not a big deal. Sad thing is, the people who work at Audi can't afford to have their own cars fixed there. This is FRAUD, plan and simple. Do the math if they OVER charge 15 people a day, 6 days a week...felonious. More

Yikes-my gas cap wouldn't open It was extremely cold and my gas cap wouldn't open and I was very low on fuel. I drove in and Charlie Graff, my service advisor along with Jonathan P It was extremely cold and my gas cap wouldn't open and I was very low on fuel. I drove in and Charlie Graff, my service advisor along with Jonathan Pizzo helped me immediately and gave me a ride to the diner up the block where I had lunch and when I finished, I texted Charlie, who sent a car to pick me up. My car was finished and in working order and NO charge! This is the type of service I have always received from Biener Audi and I will continue getting my Audi's from them in the future and I've told my close friends of this experience and how great the dealership truly is! Excellent Service Dept. I would NEVER recommend the SALES DEPARTMENT! I was extremely unhappy with them! However, with the Service división they are the Best!
