Pierre Abizeid was the consummate professional, no pressure, total knowledge but more importantly, he listened to what I liked about driving, my lifestyle and my needs and what I wanted to pay. Hefar exceeded my expectations. No hard sell, he just wanted to make sure I was comfortable with my decision. And now that my garage has a beautiful Audi in it, I am THRILLED!
