Recall work Charles said the recall work would take 1 1/2 hours. I walked into the service department exactly when 1 1/2 half hours had elapsed. It sounds hokey, but it felt like a partnership rather than a sale. There was no pressure whatsoever as we discussed all of the options available to me as a current Audi owner. He made my decision making process easy. My work with Marc was followed up by Finance Manager, Brian Paige, who was equally as professional, accommodating, and helpful, when explaining some additional options and finalizing the details .
