I am willing to pay $500 - 1000 more from you to support your service department. Unfortunately, your prices were $3000 high once and 7000 high on the last quote. Terrible Service Had an appointment for a recall that should have taken 20 minutes. After waiting over an hour I was told the care wasn't looked at, even though I had Had an appointment for a recall that should have taken 20 minutes. After waiting over an hour I was told the care wasn't looked at, even though I had an appointment that detailed the work I was having done and I handed my keys to their rep in their garage. Sent an email to the service manager after the appointment, its 2 weeks later and I haven't heard a world from anyone. A 20 minute job cost me over 2 hours, with an appointment. More
