I'd like to leave a positive review, but unfortunately, cannot. My wife and I purchased two Audi Q6's within weeks of each other early this year. Within a few weeks of picking it up, and after about 60 cannot. My wife and I purchased two Audi Q6's within weeks of each other early this year. Within a few weeks of picking it up, and after about 600 miles, my wife's car literally died in our garage. We had the vehicle towed to the dealership, where after several days, the car was repaired and returned to us. Fortunately, we never suffered another incident like this one, so credit to the service department for being very responsive and properly addressing the root cause of the issue. After this issue and subsequent concerns about having 2 EV's in our household, my wife decided to trade-in her vehicle. At this point, her vehicle was five months old and had about 1,500 miles. She was offered a trade-in value that was $27,000 below what we had paid for it. We understand the impact of depreciation once the car leaves the lot, but under the circumstances, and given that we had purchased two cars from them, we had expected the dealership to step up and do something that might be customer friendly. They refused to budge on the trade-in value. Ultimately, my wife purchased a BMW X3 and received a trade in value $9,000 above what had been offered by Audi Hilton Head. I should note that my Q6 has turned out to be a great car so far, with the only issues being "not ready for prime time" software glitches. Given this unfortunate experience, we will not purchase or lease another vehicle from this dealership. More

The service manager, Dante, along with coordinators Kristen and Amy, proudly shared that the dealership has three master e-tron certified technicians on staff. That level of training and specialization gave me immediate confidence that my car was in expert hands. I asked a number of detailed questions, and they answered each one with professionalism and clarity. Just as impressive as their technical expertise was their dedication to customer service. Throughout the process, I received video updates showing the progress of repairs, timely text messages, and a phone call confirming the on-time completion of the work. Their communication was thoughtful, proactive, and seamless. It’s rare these days to find a service department that gets both the technical side and the customer experience right — Audi Hilton Head does both exceptionally well. I can’t say enough good things about my experience and will absolutely continue to rely on them for future service needs. More
