I had an issue on my Q8 that needed immediate attention. The dealership worked me into the schedule despite have a very full workload already. The service was fine, but I was a little surprised that an oil change (done in addition to the main reason I was there) cost $268. It also would have been a nice touch to run the car through the car wash and pull it up to the door when ready. More
