First visit to the service center was a good experience Brought my 2015 Audi Q5 in for its first service visit and to have two recalls addressed; and to have my tires rotated. I was reminded via text and email when my appointment was. Immediately, upon arriving, was greeted and told how long the procedure(s) would take. That was 7:45 a.m. My car was finished and washed by 3:30. The staff was friendly and professional. My only complaint would be that it took all day for the service visit because I was given a loaner vehicle. Had I waited, I would have had my car by 11ish. Although, I had an 8 a.m. appointment, those vehicles whose owners were waiting, were taken first. I will remember that for next time. Overall, a good experience. More

A5 recall Ted in service got me checked and and out the door with a courtesy car in no time, which makes its painless to drop off your car and get to work. Few Ted in service got me checked and and out the door with a courtesy car in no time, which makes its painless to drop off your car and get to work. Few hours later they sent me a video of of my car where the mechanic walked through what was being done and even included optional general maintenance things to keep an eye on, with no pressure to do them that day! Unusual experience this time This visit was for my fifth year annual maintenance (I put so little milages to my car so I do the maintenance annually) plus the 2 recalls. I understand they were very busy with all the people came in for the recalls, but I was somewhat disappointed that it took more than a day to do the work on my car. I dropped my car off at 9 a.m. and picked up after 12 p.m. on the following day. Initially, I was told the work would take about 3.5 hours. Very unusual comparing to my prior experience with this service center. Also, I was told that the technical would text me the testing results but no report was sent to me. When I picked up the car, I asked about this and was told that the report was not put the system for some reason and they would email it to me once it is located. But no email came as of now. Lastly, no car wash was provided this time. The representatives were friendly as usual but the overall service level was poor this time. Very unususl experience.. More
