Shouldn’t they know how much oil goes in their cars???? Had the oil changed on my Q5. By the time the oil registered in the MMI I was just about home. Oil only showed 2/3 full. Shouldn’t I get the full amou Had the oil changed on my Q5. By the time the oil registered in the MMI I was just about home. Oil only showed 2/3 full. Shouldn’t I get the full amount of oil for $109??? I would expect this from a quick lube type place, not from the dealer. When I called the dealership, they said they were “really sorry” about that, and that I could come back and they would top it off for me. Living 40 miles from the dealership, it would be cheaper (and less time consuming) to get a quart and top it off myself. I also offered a solution of them calling the Audi dealership near me to let them know I needed oil, but they wouldn’t. I was told I could just bring it there and they would just top it off— he was sure of it—no need to call. I wasn’t going to another dealership to get oil put in my car, knowing I would probably get charged for it without them calling ahead—again, should I have to pay more when I already paid them $109?? I’ve left negative feedback on their Facebook page and on the dealer review about this, and have yet to be contacted. Obviously they don’t care about customer satisfaction. Won’t be taking my car here again. More

I asked Rick if it was possible to locate the parts, so I wouldn’t have to come back. Lo and behold they did procure the parts and performed the service complete!! Well done by the mechanic and Rick and Hoffman Estates Audi. Nice job. More
