So today March 11, 2015, I decided to ride over from my office to take a look at the Q5's. I have zeroed in on this model and have some questions about the 2015 and the upcoming 2016's. I walked into your dealership at 11:30. To my surprise, there were many people working at their stations alone, but not one person bothered to greet me or get up to ask if I needed assistance. I look at both floor models and spent considerable time looking at the black Q5 prestige model. I looked over for assistance a few times, and still nothing. Quite surprised. After looking at the vehicle I slowly walked towards the door looking at an A8 and an A6, still not even a peep. Shocked you could be the Audi dealer of the year. Wow. Not Truly Exceptional Service In January I brought my A5 in for check engine light on. I had to bring it back 4 times over a month's time to resolve the issue. Each time I took it In January I brought my A5 in for check engine light on. I had to bring it back 4 times over a month's time to resolve the issue. Each time I took it in, I was told a different reason why it was on, ( 1st. couldn't find anything wrong, 2nd. fuel injector, 3rd. air filter, 4th. throttle assembly) and that it was resolved. Within a week of each time picking the car up, the check engine light was on again. Finally it appears to be fixed with the 4th diagnoses. What's most disappointing, the times I brought the car in, I didn't feel the staff was invested in my issue, no one said, "we'll figure this out". Just a very nonchalant attitude. I also purchased the car from this dealership. More

I had already driven the car and was more interested in looking at all the technology and talk a little pricing. I dealt with Necko Civic and Kevin Jones. Necko showed me everything in the car, really knew this car inside and out. When I mentioned I wanted to talk price but had no intention of buying that day. I was pleasantly surprised that at no point from that moment to when I left did they try to get me in the car that day. It was as pressure free an environment as I could have hoped for. When I went back in later in the week, there were no extra fees added into the price we worked out. My per month payment was exactly what I was quoted. Necko went through the entire car one more time before I left to make sure I had all the technology under control. More

Salesman Bob explained the car correctly, negotiated respectfully, and we ended up with a great deal. The financing was respectful and fair also, got a great interest rate, and a very good price on an extended warranty. Car was cleaned and polished like I bought a new car. Last month we ran into a little snag on the registration, we discovered a small slip-up while doing the paperwork with a mistype on the zip code.... this ended up in us not receiving the registration renewal which was brought to our attention by the local police :-o. when brought it to the dealerships attention was put in contact with Jo Anne Collingbourne in the office, she took care of everything ans ASAP! All within an hour of talking to her the registration was changed with the state, then a new registration card/sticker, a reimbursement check from the little incident, all in an overnight by 10am the next morning. Mistakes will happen, how you correct them is the true judge of the characteristic and service of a business... THEY ARE A CLASS ACT DEALERSHIP! Sincerely Andy V. More
