Pre-owned Certified Audi Q5 Valentina and Mitch were very professional and courteous. The Audi facility in Hoffman Estates is first class, as is the selection of new and pre-owned vehicles on the premises. A few weeks after we purchased the car, we happened to be in the neighborhood and got a wash and wax in just 20 minutes. Despite living in Chicago, I plan to return to Hoffman Estates Audi in the future for service, washes, and, possibly in the very near future, another car purchase from Valentina. More

I am able to get a loaner car, service is done correctly and promptly and he texts me when it's ready which I prefer over calls. Anthony McGrath , in service, always makes sure the car is ready to go and I always ask for him. The Audi is a bit more expensive to drive, but with the service given, it is worth it. I never have any issues ever. More
