I made "strong" offers for several cars, but was not able to negotiate amicably. That all changed with my call to Audi Hoffman Estates on this fantastic car. We quickly and courteously established the condition of the vehicle and negotiated a fair price in three phone calls. Twenty four hours later my wife and I rode an Amtrak train over 300 miles from Michigan to Chicago. Our salesperson, Jerry Melissaratos, kept in constant communication with us through out the trip and had a driver waiting for us at the train station in Chicago to take us to the dealership. Once there, we were quickly greeted by Mitch Berg the sales manager that facilitated the purchase so graciously. The car was beautifully detailed and displayed in an indoor delivery area and was 100% as described. We test drove the vehicle and was delighted. We then finalized the transaction with Dan Jigalov, the business manager. In my 35 years of car buying this is absolutely the best experience ever. More

Professional and Courteous Mike is very professional and courteous. I brought my Audi in for an oil change. I am old fashioned and believe in frequent oil changes, evey 5,000 Mike is very professional and courteous. I brought my Audi in for an oil change. I am old fashioned and believe in frequent oil changes, evey 5,000 miles. Mike told me or work that was not done at 35,000 miles and recommended that it be done. I agreed and authorized the work. The work was completed promptly. Due to the extreme weather, he car was not washed. I returned yesterday, the 19th t get my Audi washed. I was given priority service which was much appreciated. As an out state of buyer (Kansas City, MO), I'd been throught an 'almost purchase' decision with a competing dealer in Dallas, TX and had been horribly put off by their unresponsiveness and unprofessionalism. When I reached out to Audi Hoffman Estates and Necko Civic, I had the exact opposite experience. We reached a fair price agreement within minutes, Necko provided the documentation I needed very quickly, made sure I received all applicable financing incentives, and most importantly to me - was extremely responsive to me by phone, text and email to my many pesky questions throughout the process. I flew in from out of state the NEXT DAY to pick up my car and was on my way in maybe 90 minutes (which included a test drive!). After the sale was completed, Necko was very easy to reach about a few follow-up maintenance questions. In short, I felt extremely comfortable even though buying remotely, in my opinion, is an inherently uncomfortable process. I wouldn't HESITATE to purchase a car here again. Service on my Audi RS7 2014 I bought my last 2 Audi Vehicles at Audi Hoffman Estates in 2013 and since my first visit there I have never had anything but a very positive experie I bought my last 2 Audi Vehicles at Audi Hoffman Estates in 2013 and since my first visit there I have never had anything but a very positive experience. Everyone is very considerate during the buying process and subsequently every Service visit has been very efficient and flawless. Both Sales and Service has always been very cordial. You always feel very welcome. My last service visit for my RS7 was no exception. They were able to squeeze me in the very same afternoon for my service visit. The Service consultant Scott Hall took good care of everything and my chosen wait at their premises was short. Scott kept updating me of the status of the service. I could not ask for a better overall experience from Scott Hall and the Audi team in General at Hoffman Estates. The whole Team at Audi Hoffman Estates has my full recommendation. More
No pressure buying experience I had an appointment came in early, as soon as i walked in reception was very inviting, salesman was ready for me had car ready to go for test drive. Gave him a budget and gave me all options available to me, actually was trying to get me under my budget to make it the whole experience enjoyable. Never once was I told I needed this optional upgrade or try different model car. I was asked what I wanted and what I needed and he stuck to what I said. Great and friendly staff. More
A Pleasant Surprise My Service Consultant was Mike Torelli. Mike was outstanding in his consideration of my needs and attention to the service my car required. He was always customer oriented, never intimidating and focused on making sure that I understood his recommendations. In short, he worked hard to make sure that I was a happy customer. When I arrived at the service entrance the door opened and I was immediately directed inside. No waiting. No wasted energy trying to find the service consultant. Because of their Scheduler, Tony Trocchio, Mike was expecting my arrival and acknowledged me when I pulled in. He was finishing with another customer and respectfully asked if I could wait just a minute until he finished up. He was with me shortly and we reviewed my concerns and other scheduled maintenance requirements. He asked if I would like a loaner (they're all new Audi's) or if I'd prefer valet service to my house. I opted for the valet service. And after a brief wait, the valet arrived in a beautiful new Q7. My valet was Jamar; a personable young man, also endowed with innate customer oriented instincts I should also mention that during my initial wait I must have been approached by 4 or 5 employees who were eager to learn whether they could help me. I found that to be unique and unusual in this day and age. It was refreshing. The employees ranged from porters to other Sales or Service Consultants passing through the Service area. Clearly, this dealership has hired people with the right customer orientation. By the way, Mike also arranged to have my car valet delivered to my home. It doesn't get much better than that! And did I mention that this dealership is brand new; beautifully executed to be aesthetically pleasing and extremely efficient.? The Service reception area is a pleasure to drive in to; a spacious three lane arrangement that puts you directly in front of the glass enclosed Service Department Consultants, standing at their work stations, ready to be of service; Customer convenience well thought out. My other Audi is in for service with Mike and his colleagues as I write this review. They know how to make you want to come back. More
